Phase I of the TIDE clinical trial – End of patient recruitment
LATTICE MEDICAL is glad to announce the completion of patient enrolment in Phase I of its TIDE clinical trial for breast reconstruction.
March 17, 2025, LILLE, France – LATTICE MEDICAL, a Lille-based MedTech dedicated to tissue reconstruction, today announced that it has reached a major milestone by finalizing enrolment in the first safety phase of its TIDE clinical investigation. This first phase of the study is being carried out on 10 patients in France and Spain.
A structuring clinical trial for innovation in breast reconstruction
The TIDE clinical trial is a multicenter, non-comparative, two-stage, single-arm study. Its aim is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the MATTISSE tissue engineering chamber for breast reconstruction after mastectomy for breast cancer.
LATTICE MEDICAL is now entering a six-month observation phase. During this period, the 10 patients included will be closely monitored to assess initial clinical results.
