Why do we need you?
With a view to CE marking the Mattisse implant, Lattice Medical wishes to certify its quality management system to ISO13485: 2016. The first audit is scheduled for the first half of 2026. At the same time, Lattice Medical is developing services for healthcare professionals under the Lattice Services brand, ranging from design to prototyping and manufacturing of medical devices. The manufacture of filaments for 3D printing is another activity included in these services. Lattice Medical is also seeking to certify these service activities to ISO13485: 2016.
Your work-study program will take place in the context of these two objectives. We are offering a 12-month apprenticeship contract starting in September 2025.
Your main tasks:
Axis 1: QMS certification with a view to Mattisse’s CE marking.
– Review the main procedures and documents and make any necessary changes;
– Participate in various audits and contribute to the implementation and follow-up of actions;
– Support the Quality Manager, particularly in monitoring non-conformities, CAPA and change control.
Focus 2: Certification of service activities
– Identify and implement QMS modifications.
– Develop and implement a QMS modification strategy;
– Implement a subcontracting process;
– Adapt procedures to take account of subcontracting activities;
– Develop a process validation strategy for manufacturing different devices.
This list is not exhaustive. You may be asked to carry out other tasks as required. In the course of your work, you will collaborate with other company departments.
Profile
You are a Master’s student or equivalent in medical devices, with a specialization in quality assurance, and you would like to complete your final year of study on a work-study basis.
You are rigorous, autonomous and have a good grounding in quality and regulatory requirements and compliance. You’re no stranger to the world of medical devices, and you know how to make proposals and drive continuous improvement.
Your active watch enables you to be reactive and anticipate future developments.
You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills in both French and English.
You enjoy a challenge and are rigorous, optimistic and persevering when it comes to problem-solving.

About Lattice Medical
LATTICE MEDICAL is a biomedical company founded in 2017 from the experience of engineers and surgeons passionate about new technologies. It dedicates its know-how to the development of medical devices combining 3D printing and tissue engineering.
The fruit of 6 years’ research, Lattice Medical designs and develops medical devices based on tissue reconstruction. Its first device, MATTISSE, is a 3D-printed absorbable breast implant. This medical innovation enables simple, natural and unique breast reconstruction for women who have undergone a mastectomy following breast cancer.
